SHOP POLICIES

Each piece is made to order through my fine art gallery. Please review your artwork, size, framing + shipping selections carefully before placing your order.

ORDERS + PRODUCTION

Fine art orders are produced and fulfilled through Pic-Time and its professional print lab partners.

Because each piece is made to order, production begins after your order has been processed. Production times vary depending on the artwork, size, framing and other selections made at checkout.

SHIPPING

Shipping options, costs + estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your order and destination.

When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

Changed your mind? Orders may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the cancellation request is received before the order has entered production.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Because each artwork is made to order, returns or refunds for preference-based reasons are not generally available once production has begun.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged or there appears to be a production error, please reach out as soon as possible.

Photographs of the artwork, packaging + any visible damage may be requested so the issue can be reviewed with the print lab.

When an order has been damaged or incorrectly produced due to a production or fulfillment error, a replacement or other appropriate resolution may be provided in accordance with Pic-Time and the fulfilling lab’s policies.

COLOR + APPEARANCE

I do my best to represent each artwork as accurately as possible online. However, colors, brightness + other details can vary between screens and may differ slightly from the finished physical piece.

Natural variations in printing, paper, framing + other materials may also occur and are part of the physical nature of the work.

COPYRIGHT + PERSONAL USE

Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical piece — copyright remains with Demri Rayanne.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold as reproductions or used commercially without prior written permission.
